  • 4 tbsp Thai tea mix (or strong black tea with 1/4 tsp star anise)
  • 600ml boiling water
  • 4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp evaporated milk or heavy cream
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Steep Thai tea mix in boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain.

    Stir in condensed milk while hot.

    Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until cold.

    Fill glasses with ice.

    Pour tea over ice.
