  • 300g fresh cheese curds (or mozzarella)
  • For gravy: 4 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp flour, 500ml beef stock, 200ml chicken stock, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying
