  • 600g ground turkey
  • 1 small zucchini, grated and squeezed dry
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 whole wheat buns
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Herb yogurt: 4 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp fresh dill

Instructions

    Mix turkey, zucchini, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
