  • 8 sheets phyllo or yufka pastry
  • For filling: 300g feta cheese, crumbled, 1 egg, 1/4 cup fresh parsley, 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • For brushing: 2 eggs beaten, 100ml milk, 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Sesame seeds and nigella seeds for topping

    Mix feta, egg, parsley, and dill for filling.

    Whisk eggs, milk, and oil for brushing mixture.

    Brush a baking dish with oil. Layer 2 sheets of phyllo, brushing each with egg mixture.
