Mix feta, egg, parsley, and dill for filling.
Whisk eggs, milk, and oil for brushing mixture.
Brush a baking dish with oil. Layer 2 sheets of phyllo, brushing each with egg mixture.
Spread filling over the pastry.
Layer remaining phyllo sheets on top, brushing each.
Score the top into squares. Sprinkle with sesame and nigella seeds.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes until golden.
