Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla in a jar or container.
Stir well to combine. The mixture will look thin โ it thickens overnight.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
In the morning, give it a stir. Add a splash more milk if too thick.
Top with fresh berries, sliced banana, a drizzle of nut butter, and honey.
