Break frozen açaí packets into chunks. Add to a high-powered blender with frozen banana, berries, and coconut milk.
Blend on high, using the tamper to push ingredients down. The mixture should be very thick — thicker than a smoothie. Add liquid sparingly.
Add almond butter and blend briefly until incorporated.
Pour into two bowls immediately — the base should be thick enough to hold toppings without sinking.
