  • 2 packets (200g) frozen açaí purée
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Toppings: sliced banana, kiwi, mango, blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

    Break frozen açaí packets into chunks. Add to a high-powered blender with frozen banana, berries, and coconut milk.

    Blend on high, using the tamper to push ingredients down. The mixture should be very thick — thicker than a smoothie. Add liquid sparingly.

    Add almond butter and blend briefly until incorporated.

    Pour into two bowls immediately — the base should be thick enough to hold toppings without sinking.

    Arrange toppings artfully: sliced fruits, granola, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
