  • 600g mixed mushrooms (cremini, shiitake, oyster)
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 200ml vegetable stock
  • 200ml sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh thyme and parsley
  • 400g egg noodles

Instructions

    Cook egg noodles per package. Drain.

    Sauté onion in butter until golden. Add garlic.

    Add mushrooms and cook on high heat until golden and all moisture has evaporated, 8-10 minutes.

    Add stock and Worcestershire. Simmer 3 minutes.

    Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and Dijon.

    Season generously. Serve over egg noodles with fresh parsley.
