  • 500g ground lamb
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Large handful parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Flatbread, tzatziki, and salad to serve

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

    Divide into 8 portions. Shape each around a flat metal skewer.

    Grill over high heat, turning occasionally, 10-12 minutes until charred and cooked through.
