  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 300g cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 150ml dry Marsala wine
  • 150ml chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper
