  • 400g fettuccine
  • 2 chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 400ml heavy cream
  • 150g Parmesan, grated
  • Salt, white pepper, and nutmeg
  • Fresh parsley

    Season and pan-fry chicken in butter until golden, 4-5 minutes per side. Slice.
