  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 hard or soft taco shells
  • Toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa, jalapeños

Instructions

    Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up lumps.

    Add onion and garlic, cook 3 minutes.

    Add all spices and 100ml water. Simmer 5 minutes until sauce thickens.

    Warm taco shells per package.

    Fill shells with beef mixture.
